Canceling or Pausing a Request

If your priorities change, Pretend allows eligible requests to be canceled or paused before significant work begins. Available options depend on the current status of the request.

Once production has started, some actions may no longer be available.

You can usually

• Pause pending requests

• Resume paused work

• Cancel eligible requests

• Contact support for assistance

Before canceling

Review your request status and any completed work before making changes. This helps avoid losing progress unnecessarily.
